This dataset includes boundary information for both Federal and State water MPAs along with their associated rules and regulations. Boundaries are provided as polygons in your choice of Shapefile or KML format. A summary of rules and restrictions is given for each MPA in a corresponding CSV file. Additionally, we’ve collected a large set of supplementary PDF, TXT, and ODT format references for regulations that are also linked to specific MPA’s or boundaries.
